Fast, reliable and trustworthy pest control.
Say Goodbye to Termites—Safely and Effectively.
Termite infestations pose a significant structural risk, often compromising the integrity of wood-framed buildings before visible signs appear. At Pest Control PRO, we provide precision-based termite control services utilizing industry-leading techniques such as liquid termiticides, baiting systems, and digital monitoring technology. Our certified and licensed technicians conduct thorough inspections to identify active colonies and conducive conditions, then implement integrated treatment protocols and methods designed for long-term proteciton.. Whether for pre-construction soil treatments or post-infestation remediation, our approach is rooted in data, compliance, and lasting protection.
Our termite treatment process
Our termite bait system works by placing bait stations around the perimeter of a structure strategically. Our stations contain a slow-acting toxicant mixed with a cellulose formula that attracts nearby foraging termites. The treatment is ingested by the termite, then shared within the colony, thus gradually eliminating the entire colony. Baiting systems are often more affordable and environmentally friendly.
Our liquid termiticide is applies directly to the soil around the perimeter of a structure’s foundation which creates a continuous barrier. Once termites contact the barrier they’ll pick up the chemical and transfer it to others within the colony.
Signs You May Have Termites
Mud Tubes: Small, mud-like tubes found on walls, ceilings, and foundations.
Damaged Wood: Hollowed-out wood or tiny holes in wooden furniture or beams.
Sawdust or Piles of Frass: Termite droppings or sawdust near wooden structures.
Clicking Sounds: A faint clicking sound from within the walls is a sign of termites communicating
Our Termite Treatment Process
Inspection
The first step is a thorough inspection of your property. Our expert technicians will examine every area of your home, from the foundation to the roof, identifying any signs of termite activity or potential risk zones.
Identification
After the inspection, we identify the species of termites, their entry points, and the extent of the infestation. This helps us choose the most effective treatment method.
Prevention & Maintenance
Once termites are eliminated, we offer ongoing treatment and preventative services to keep termites from returning. This includes regular inspections and re-treatment as needed.
Treatment Options
Depending on your needs and the severity of the infestation, we offer several treatment options:
Liquid Termiticides: A chemical barrier is applied to the soil around your home to stop termites in their tracks.
Termite Bait Stations: Bait stations attract termites, leading them to feed on the bait, which eventually wipes out the entire colony.
Fumigation: For large-scale infestations, we may recommend fumigation to completely eradicate termites in the structure.
Spot Treatments: Focused treatments for localized termite activity, applied directly to infested areas.
Frequently Asked Questions about Termites
Common signs of a termite infestation include:
Mud tubes on walls, ceilings, or foundations
Hollow-sounding wood when tapped
Cracked or bubbling paint
Presence of tiny holes in wood
Piles of sawdust or frass (termite droppings)
Swarming termites around windows or light fixtures
Termites typically enter your home through small cracks in the foundation, gaps around pipes, or even through wooden structures touching the ground. They can travel unnoticed inside walls, floors, and ceilings.
We offer various termite treatment methods, including:
Liquid Termiticides: A chemical barrier applied to the soil to prevent termites from entering your home.
Termite Bait Stations: Baits placed around your home that termites feed on, which eventually eliminates the colony.
Fumigation: A gas treatment used for large infestations to eradicate termites in the structure.
Spot Treatments: Direct treatment to targeted areas of infestation.
Yes! We use eco-friendly and low-toxicity treatments that are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. Our technicians will explain the safety precautions and ensure your property is safe before, during, and after treatment.
The effectiveness of termite treatments can vary. Liquid termiticides typically last for several years, while bait stations may require monitoring and maintenance. Fumigation treatments usually provide long-lasting protection, but it’s important to schedule periodic inspections for any new termite activity.
While termite treatments are highly effective, there is always a possibility of new termite colonies appearing, especially if surrounding conditions are conducive to infestation. Regular inspections and maintenance are recommended to prevent future issues.
