Call on 7/3/2026 after getting stung by a bald faced hornet. Even though it was a holiday Michael came out on July 4th and removed the nest! Great Service!!

Michael was absolutely awesome. I talked to him about our problem over the phone, and he agreed to come out the very next day! While other companies tried to sell us home solutions to remedy our house that cost thousands, he very calmly explained what was likely happening based on what he saw. He set traps and the problem was taken care of almost immediately. Later, he was willing to come back at no charge to check on the traps he set, update us on bait uptake, and even set new traps. I’d highly recommend him for any needs. He’s fair, honest, professional, courteous, and quick.

We have been working with Pest Control Pro for several years and they always do excellent work. They are extremely responsive from the first call and make the entire process easy and stress-free. The technician arrived on time, was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions.

We had a great experience with Pest Control Pro! Johnny was the technician who came out, and he was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and extremely informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made us feel confident that the issue was being handled the right way. It’s rare to find someone who is both knowledgeable and genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommend Pest Control Pro, and especially Johnny, for anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy pest control service!

Johnny was Fantastic. This was my first time using an exterminator and he made me feel safe. He was both knowledgeable and kind. We signed up for the semi-annual service. I am so glad my Mom who used them and was happy recommended them to us!
